How the Streets of New York Responded in the Face of the Unprecedented Coronavirus Pandemic
On March 22nd, 2020 Pause ordered all residents of New York State to cancel all non-essential gatherings of individuals of any size for any reason, and ordered the following: Any concentration of individuals outside their home must be limited to workers providing essential services and social distancing should be practiced. Individuals must practice social distancing of at least six feet from others; avoid contact with vulnerable populations, limit outdoor recreational activities and avoid public transportation.
Sick individuals should not leave their home unless to receive medical care, and everyone should use precautionary sanitizer.
